What is the best picture editing software to use with Vista?

I have been using Microsoft Digital Image Suite 10 but it is damaged. What can I get that works the same. Frames,crafts, and
projects.

   Dont fool with it! Vista has too much security! Just go to makemypictureperfect.com and they will do whatever you need done for cheap!
