What is a picture editing software to where I can make my shirt flash different colors real fast?

I have Adobe Photoshop CS3. If it’s possible to do it on there, can you tell me how in steps? I would greatly appreciate it.

What you’re asking to be able to do sounds like an animation, and Photoshop really doesn’t do that. You’d need software that’s created for animation purposes, like Flash, or if you’re going the quick-and-dirty route, a GIF editor. Both work pretty much the same way. Just do a search on Google or something – I know Flash offers free trial downloads.

   just go to photocket and edit the same picture and using smart color just go over your shirt with it the once u have the amount of colored pictures upload them in gickr.com and select fast so that hey can flip fast and it looks like one picture just diffrent colored shirts..

   You will do all the picture effects on photoshop, but to create an animation, you will need some program that will create animated GIF’s. Flash can, as well as Fireworks.
